Deluge System

Description

When a significant amount of water must be released simultaneously to extinguish a fire, particularly in high-risk areas, a deluge system is a type of fire safety device. In contrast to a typical sprinkler system, a deluge system has all of its nozzles operating with water discharge, and when the system is activated, all of the nozzles release water into a specific area. In places like chemical plants, power plants, and industrial buildings where there is a risk of an electrical explosion or where flammable liquids are present, expandable foam insulation works best.
